It offers complete electronic file and office management developed for the needs of IP attorneys, including advanced address management and direct scanning of paper documents. For example, documents (letters, official forms) can be created directly from iPAT. In much the same way, you can open existing documents, including letters, drawings, or scanned documents in TIFF or PDF format, directly from within the electronic file. With iPAT you can also manage your time limits and fee calculations, record costs and incoming invoices, create reports and statistics and handle billing. The integrated e-mail client facilitates communication with your clients and partners. Annuity and payment reminders prevent you from missing important deadlines. Personalized access and the elaborated security concept make your work and documents safe against unauthorized use at any time.
