From September 28 until September 30, 2018, the 5th Agile Coach Camp took place in Rosental near Baden. During the 2.5-day event in Open Space format, 55 attendees – Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners and Developers from Germany, Switzerland and all parts of Austria – worked on diverse topics to jointly develop solutions.
As the focus was on exchanging experiences, there was also plenty of room for trying out new games and ideas. The Agile Coach Camp was a great chance to further increase one’s motivation and enthusiasm for agile methods, and to get to know new tools for continuing the agile way of working.

On October 6, 2018, the Agile Tour Vienna 2018 conference was held. Due to the large number of registrations, the FH Campus Vienna was chosen as a new location. The very interesting keynotes were presented by renowned international experts, such as Kevlin Henney (‘Agility ≠ Speed’) or J.B.Rainsberger (‘The Selfish Team Player’).
In addition to their talks, the conference program offered various immersion workshops such as ‘Spieldikalifragelistg = expialetisch’, ‘The Power of Check-ins’, ‘Energizers and Icebreakers’. After a long day full of very interesting talks, networking and wonderful coffee prepared by an on-site barista, our participants returned to the Unycom office with a lot of new ideas for the future.
